Aboriginal Cultural Village

The Peachfest Aboriginal Cultural Village was established in 2008 and has evolved into an annual celebration bringing together and showcasing Aboriginal Artists of all disciplines in order to help promote and preserve the incredible talent and craftsmanship of Aboriginal Peoples from across Canada.
Traditional Pow Wow is hosted by the Penticton Peach Festival Society in partnership with the Penticton Indian Band. This annual event is sure to be a Peachfest attraction for years to come.
Like Peachfest, the Aboriginal Cultural Village is a FREE event with something for everyone. Please come and visit us at Gyro Park to experience, first hand, the friendly and engaging hospitality on the traditional land of our hosts, the Syilx Nation.
Teepees, authentic arts, crafts and jewelery, traditional foods, cultural displays, Aboriginal entertainment and children's activities are a few attractions at this year's event.
Bring a chair and get comfortable as we treat you to some Metis jigging, Hoop Dancing, Pow Wow Dancing, Pow Wow Drumming/Singing, Aboriginal Musicians and the ever popular Salmon BBQ!
Aboriginal vendors welcome, click here for vendor application form.
There will be plenty of bannock for everyone! See you soon.
