Penticton Peach Festival
August 8 – 12, 2012
Penticton, British Columbia
Penticton Peach Festival is an annual South Okanagan Valley tradition. It began in 1947 to celebrate the peach harvest and 65 years later we continue to celebrate the peach harvest, only now with the biggest free five day festival in the whole of Western Canada. We have fabulous entertainment, a terrific variety of vendors, two parades, an Aboriginal Cultural Village, a Square Dance Festival, Penticton Peach Festival Royalty, a sandcastle competition and a midway.
Use the links at the side to find the information related to every part of our festival, and then plan your days to take in all the great events and shows. We look forward to sharing fun times and to creating some great memories with you... bring your camera!
Penticton Peach Festival simply couldn’t happen without sponsors and volunteers. The volunteer Board of Directors thanks all our sponsors. Please check the sponsors’ page and next time you need something we encourage you to patronize their business. We also thank our volunteers, many of you have been with us for decades and your commitment to Penticton Peach Festival speaks volumes.
Welcome to Penticton Peach Festival, bring your sunscreen, sun hat, lawn chair and dancing shoes, stay awhile and enjoy yourself.
