LIABILITY WAIVER

I, as noted above, upon being accepted as a volunteer for the Penticton Peach Festival, put on by the Penticton Peach Festival Society, or being the parent or legal guardian, of such an accepted volunteer in the Penticton Peach Festival, do hold harmless, and forever acquit, the Penticton Peach Festival Society, and their Officers, Directors, Representatives and Employees, from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, and/or any liabilities whatsoever, known or unknown, now existing, or which may arise in the future, on account of, or in any way related to, or arising, out of participation in the Penticton Peach Festival.  Further, I assume all liability of any non-participants who do accompany me.
